This Zazenkai is dedicated to the bodhisattva of great compassion, Kannon or Guanyin, ‘Hearer of the Cries of the World’ – the one in whom there is not the slightest gap between hearing and what is heard, between seeing and responding.
The day will include sitting and walking meditation, a Dharma talk, movement, and Q&A. It’s a great opportunity to try longer periods of sitting and to deepen your practice. All are welcome.
If you attend in-person, please bring your own lunch. Breakfast and tea will be provided.
