Join us in-person or online for this 6-day retreat (also known as “sesshin” in Zen Buddhism), a chance to deepen your meditation practice with the support of community and Zen teachers.
Sesshin is an opportunity to step out of ordinary time and into the timeless wholeness of each moment of our lives. The invitation is to allow ourselves to fall into the heart of the world – the heart of wisdom and compassion that doesn’t divide no matter the conditions.
