In This Workshop You Will:
> Experience Awareness Through Movement lessons connecting torso and legs through reversible actions to enhance coordination and power.
> Have opportunity to discover where you are unknowingly interfering with your flexibility.
> Free your shoulders and gain both some lost height and internal space allowing your body to have more ease in performing its many resting recovery processes.
> Explore the subtleties of walking backward to activate your hamstrings, buttocks and balance the body in a way that relieves unnecessary weight and pressure from your lower back.
