The band claims an eclectic fusion of rock, funk, jazz, and reggae as the broad genres they play within. Combine the bands energetic stage presence with powerful vocal harmonies, complex arrangements, ripping guitar solos and the bands awe inspiring light show, and you get the recipe for a truly memorable concert experience. Their sixth member, Matt Collier (MC6), brings his own artistic nuance to add to the overall dynamic of the concert experience. With a three tier intelligent lighting rig and advanced software, Collier uses texture and movement to create a truly dynamic and engaging light show. This style of live and interactive lighting brings an incredible energy for the band and listener to latch onto.

Teatro Serpiente Presents…

June 20, 21 and 26, 27, 28

Tired of the spring winds? Got too much dust in your eyes? Set your sights on long summer days on the river, cool hikes in the mountains, and of course the best part about summer in Taos…Outdoor Shakespeare! Teatro Serpiente presents Measure for Measure, our fourth annual outdoor summer Shakespeare production, at Taos Mesa Brewing’s brand-new amphitheater.

“Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall.” Measure for Measure explores the issues of mercy, justice, and truth, and their relationship to pride and humility. And that’s just the beginning. In the true spirit of Shakespeare, there’s sex, subterfuge, mistaken identity, brothels, prostitutes, a pirate, sex, and jilted fiancés. (Yes, we did say sex twice.) And with the flare that Taoseños have come to love, Teatro Serpiente accomplishes what we originally set out to do: rescue Shakespeare from the stuffy English parlor and bring back the whole raucous, bawdy, vegetable-throwing affair!

7:00 PM on June 20, 21 and 26, 27, 28.
Tickets are $15, kids 6 under free, includes live music inside after the show.

July 4th Picnic

Come join us for a 4th of July Picnic at TMB. Come show off your patriotism, cause by God we’re going to. In true American fashion we’ll be serving up Beer Specials and Smoked Meats by Daddy Rib Dan himself on our custom built smoker we’ve dubbed “Frankensmoker”. (Thanks to our multi-talented Max!) We’ll have our own version of a fireworks show that evening (typical TMB freakshow) with fire spinning, stilt walkers, and jazz funk by Divom.
