Experience Awareness Through Movement(R) lessons that directly affect your ability to more intimately know your back.
Use the ground, imagination, touch and relating parts you can see to those you cannot to more clearly sense a feeling of integration from heels to head.
Expand your self-image and fill in some vague or invisible places lessening chronic contractions and rediscovering connections that positively affect flexibility, strength and coordination.
Directly access dynamic balance through movement variations that relate to how you stand on your feet.
