Experientially grasping the “Missing Link” of the Nervous System has the power to transform your life and bring you to Awakening and Freedom.
When we can truly rest in our True Nature – there is no question or problem – when it’s easy, it’s easy.
However when tendencies of the Past are present we need a very specific understanding of how the Nervous system works ,we need true and complete Discrimination and Tenderness towards the arising experience – Discrimination and Tenderness devoid of our spiritual understanding. And we need Trust, Trust in our ability to Be Here and in our true Nature.
In this 3-week intensive I want to strengthen our Discrimination and Trust and to keep addressing the nuances and understanding of the Nervous System and brain and how to be present to the tendencies that take our attention away from being Here.
