Wildflower Playhouse
The 2nd Annual Agua y Azúcar Fiesta is a celebration of life here in Taos at the
Wildflower Playhouse. The family friendly fiesta will feature a Local Art Market, a
Bizcochito eating contest, a Dance Party, an Ofrenda for loved ones and a Piñata full of surprises.
In the Wildflower’s theater, a Kid’s Storytelling hour will take place, following that will be performances, discussions, films and music throughout the day. The Agua y Azúcar fiesta’s intention is to connect the community of Taos through multiple mediums
of art and festive activities for all to enjoy.
The fiesta is produced by the Agua y Azúcar collective, a collective composed of
individuals making art and sharing Northern New Mexico folklore.
Please join us on Saturday, June 8th from 2PM-7PM for this wonderful new
fiesta at the Wildflower Playhouse!
