Join us for Sunset Supper Club—an immersive, shared dining experience as the sun goes down on Outlaw Hill.
On Saturday, June 14, Chef Julian Lujan will take you on a 4-course culinary journey from the islands of Hawaii to the mountains of Taos, seamlessly blending the flavors of these two vibrant cuisines. As he shares his heartfelt story of growing up on the Pueblo and his experiences as a chef and farmer in Hawaii, you’ll experience each course as a piece of the story of his unique life journey.
