Summer is a season of fullness — long days, bright sun, outward energy, movement, heat, and expansion. It is a time when we often give more, do more, travel more, connect more, and send our energy outward into the world.
This July Sound Journey is an invitation to pause that outward flow and return to the cool, quiet waters within.
Through guided rest, breath, stillness, and the healing resonance of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be invited to soften the body, quiet the mind, and gather your energy back home to yourself.
This journey is a reminder that even in the brightness of summer, we need shade. Even in seasons of activity, we need stillness. And even when life is full, we are allowed to create space, replenish, and hold some of our own energy for ourselves.
