Late summer holds a particular kind of abundance. The seeds have been planted, the soil has been tended, and much of the hard work is already behind us. Although the harvest may not yet be ready to gather, its promise is becoming visible.
This Sound Journey is an invitation to rest within that promise—to notice what has taken root, appreciate the first fruits of your efforts, and trust what continues to ripen beyond your striving. Through guided relaxation, meditation, and the resonant tones of singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, we will soften into the warmth of the season and practice the quiet pleasure of anticipation.
Rest in what you have tended, delight in what is emerging, and trust what is still ripening.
