Slo-Yo in the garden. An individual, mindful approach to yoga emphasizing breath and body awareness. SLO-YO is especially beneficial for seniors, beginners, yoga teachers, those recovering from injuries, illness, or trauma, and for those grappling with stress and the effects of aging. We encourage and help students who do not have a daily yoga practice to develop one.
