TCEDC is hosting a ServSafe Manager Certification Class on Wednesday, February 11, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
This certification is required for restaurant owners, executive chefs, and kitchen managers, with at least one certified manager required on shift. Participants who successfully complete the review and pass the exam will receive a certification from the National Restaurant Association that is valid for 5 years.
The $300 fee includes the latest edition of the study book, review, lunch, and a proctored exam. Space is limited to 10 participants, and advance registration and payment are required.
