Seasonal harmony involves aligning daily life with the energetic rhythms of the year to enhance well-being and vitality. Join us for the beginning of this 1 of 5 part series as we renew and orient for spring!
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine’s understanding of Qi and Ayurveda’s in Prana.. this workshop honors the change of Spring and element of Wood. This season is associated with the liver and gallbladder, transition from Yin to Yang, influence of high-desert winds, shedding the Winter coat of Kapha, and interplay between anger and compassion. Join us at Joy for movement and learning.
