Join us for a sound meditation, also known as a sound bath. Experience the transformative power of sound to calm the mind, soothe the body, and awaken the spirit. This meditative technique involves immersing onesself in various sounds, tones, and vibrations to create a deeply immersive and therapeutic experience. Participants are able to feel the resonance of sound deep within their body, as these gentle waves enter every cell, tissue, and organ vibrating the body back into harmony.
A sound meditation can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, anxiety, and pain. It can promote deep relaxation, improve sleep, and increase feelings of calm and well-being.

Tosha Andres is a dedicated healer who bridges the worlds of modern medicine and holistic wellness. As a Registered Radiographer and Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, she integrates her deep understanding of the body with the transformative power of energy medicine.
