Learn the foundations of Reiki, a gentle Japanese energy healing practice for relaxation, balance, and self-care. This hands-on training introduces the history and principles of Reiki, how to work with energy, self-treatment, and giving Reiki to others.
You can take one or both classes. In Reiki level one, we work on self-treatment, working with others, knowledge of the physical and energetic bodies, and working with plants and animals. In Reiki level 2, we go deeper into the work and learn distance healing, the symbols of Reiki and their uses, and clearing spaces and objects.
This class is taking place on a private property, so an RSVP is required. A manual will be provided; please bring a lunch. Facillitated by Audrey Lobdell.
