Taos Whole Community Health is honored to open our space for the only in-person Recovery Dharma meeting in Taos — a place where mindfulness and recovery meet in community.

Recovery Dharma offers a peer-led path using Buddhist principles and meditation to support recovery from addiction and the suffering of all kinds.
A typical meeting includes:
🕊️ Opening readings
🧘 15–20 minutes of guided meditation
📖 A reading from the Recovery Dharma book
💬 Group sharing
🙏 Closing announcements and a Dedication of Merit — a Buddhist practice of sharing the positive energy from good deeds with all other sentient beings.
Everyone is welcome — whether you’re new to recovery, exploring mindfulness, or simply looking for a place to sit in community.
