“Who am I?” is a simple yet powerful question of Self-Inquiry, bringing us directly into our True Nature and into what we most deeply want: to Be Here.
Although our True Nature is always present, habitual identification with the arising sense of “I” can obscure this realization. As inquiry deepens, unresolved trauma often arises. Without a skillful understanding of the Nervous System, these experiences can pull attention away from Presence.
In this 3-week program, we explore how understanding the Nervous System—the missing link to Awakening—allows trauma to become a support rather than an obstacle to Freedom.
