Mat Pilates is a precise set of exercises that helps to tone and strengthen the body. Modifications are available, so this class is accessible to everyone at any level of fitness. Tone and strengthen your body with basic Pilates exercises for the stomach, back, legs, and arms. Help improve posture, strength, and flexibility with this workout. The class focuses on correct alignment in the body at a slow pace with core strengthening through movement and breath.
