Fresh voices. New stories. A room full of creative energy.New Plays Workshop is a welcoming space where stories begin to breathe. It’s designed to support playwrights as they develop new work—and to bring those words off the page through live readings. Actors of all experience levels are invited to read, while theatre lovers of every stripe are welcome to listen, respond, and be part of the conversation. A place to hear new ideas, exchange feedback, and watch plays take their first steps toward the stage.
If you’d like to hear your work read aloud, please submit:
1. An excerpt of your play (up to 8 pages, 12pt font or larger)
2. A one-page cover sheet including a brief scene description, cast list, phone number, and email
3. Email submissions to [email protected]
4. All submissions will be reviewed, and writers will be contacted about performance dates
