MovementLab movement class is held every Monday from 7pm – 9pm.

First hour is a led movement class to explore our physical, mental, and emotional state through movement explorations influenced from meditation, modern dance, and Butoh. The second hour is a freeform dance, similar to ecstatic dance with a curated music playlist.
