About the workshop:
9D Breathwork is an immersive healing practice combining conscious breathing with nine audio layers, including binaural beats, sound frequencies, and subliminal coaching. It targets the nervous system to release deep emotional tension in 45-minutes. This “Somatic-Espresso” is specifically designed for those who battle morning brain fog, early-onset anxiety about the day’s “to-do” list, or a general sense of physical stagnation upon waking.
If you are tired of dragging yourself into the day and are ready to launch into it instead, this 45-minute session is your launchpad. This session uses headphones (provided) and is done seated or laying down. If you have a yoga mat or blanket, please bring as well as water.
Dr. Caroline Colonna, is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, acupuncturist, and lifelong student of the mind-body-spirit connection. For more than 25 years, she has helped people heal by blending ancient wisdom with modern science. As a former professional triathlete and competitive skier, Caroline understands both the physical and emotional challenges of recovery, resilience, and personal transformation.
Today, she guides others through acupuncture, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and other holistic therapies that help reconnect the body, mind, and spirit. Caroline believes that healing doesn’t come from someone else—it comes from within. “My role is to create a safe, supportive space and provide the tools that help you access your own innate capacity to heal.”
Caroline is excited to share this 9D Breathwork journey with you and looks forward to exploring what becomes possible when you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your authentic self.
