Max Gomez, a singer-songwriter from Taos, New Mexico, developed a distinctive country blues-influenced style shaped by the region’s rich musical culture and mentorship from artists like Michael Martin Murphey and Ray Wylie Hubbard. His critically acclaimed debut album Rule The World (2013) and his 2017 EP Me and Joe, featuring the Spotify-hit “Make It Me,” established him as a rising Americana talent. Gomez has performed alongside artists such as James McMurtry, Patty Griffin, and Jeff Beck, positioning him as a promising voice in the genre’s next generation. He is currently touring his newest album, Memory Mountain, which is currently in the top 50 of the AMA / CDX Top 200 Album Chart.
