Join us every Sunday in December for Kaula (Community) Tantra Yoga. This traditional sequence brings a balance of the physical and energy body, combining asanas (postures) and meditation to calm the mind, connect deeply with the body, and nourish the spirit. This class is intended for beginners to advanced yogis. Bring layers and socks to keep the body temperature warm. Blankets are provided.
