A Hunter Education Course will be held at the Peñasco Community Center, 14136 NM-75 in Peñasco, New Mexico. Students must obtain a copy of the Hunter Education Student Manual by picking up a hard copy at the Peñasco Community Center or downloading the free electronic version at
www.hunter-ed.com/newmexico/manual.
Do not bring firearms or ammunition, as all firearms will be provided. Students must attend both days and arrive on time, and students 10 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The course is free, though donations to volunteer instructors are appreciated. For questions, contact Officer Bryan Reeser at 505-637-1288.
