Bathe in a sea of sound as the playing of the Himalayan Sound Bowls, and other global instruments, transport your being to space of deep relaxation & energetic harmony. It is from this place of soft, gentle rest that our bodies are able to tap into their innate healing processes, on every level.
Sound baths are held every other Sunday at a private residence in Arroyo Seco.
