Heartlines: A Day of Continuum with Amber Gray

Continuum is a movement and sonic practice that combines sound-streams, breath and simple movement sequences. This class will explore the helical heart as an inspiration for our movement. Drawing on polyvagal theory and polyvagal-informed restorative movement psychotherapy, we’ll touch into the neuroscience that understands the hearts crucial role in human emotion, connection, creativity and engagement as we dance its spiral dance.
This class is appropriate for those very new to very experienced in Continuum. The movement continuum we explore ranges from contemplative to dynamic, and is at your own pace, ability and choice. It is accessible to every body.
Bring something to write in and with, dress in traditional yoga/exercise wear, with layers, and feel free to bring refreshment (water, snacks).
