A 90 minute Hatha Yoga Experience that is perfect for helping you develop strong foundation in both stillness, and movement. Learn how to bring balance and alignment and ease to each posture exactly at your level of ability; explore the concept of dancing with the breath with ‘mini vinis’…simple movement flows to connect you more deeply with your body. Learn the art of self exploration and examination (svadhyaya) applying principles of nonviolence, truthfulness, contentment and other concepts to help you tap into and activate your full potential. Class ends with a 20 minute deep, integrative relaxation and sound bath. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners, and adaptations offered when needed.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of class. Wear comfortable clothing, and please refrain from wearing any scents or fragrances.
