Gather with us for a potent evening of deep healing and relaxation as we welcome this March “worm” full moon. Together we will join in intentional meditation, gentle movement, and an individualized active breathwork practice. This pranayama (“control of life force”) practice invites your spirit into your full being, resets and recharges your energy body, invites clarity and intuitive direction, and clears out emotional, mental, and physical blockages – all that does not serve you. Following the breathwork, enjoy a deeply restorative stillness as you feel into the power of your self-work, and float on a sea of healing sound as the vibrations of the gong and Himalayan sound bowls resonate through your being.
