Shift in mind & experience the idea of Posture- to put or place; to a word coined by Moshe Feldenkrais based on his Martial Arts expertise. Acture- ready for action, the ability to move in any direction without preparation.
Improve breathing by becoming aware of areas in your chest where breath is moving easily and fully, and reinhabiting areas that were somehow forgotten along the way.
Wake up the elusive upper thoracic vertebrae between the shoulder blades to free the head and neck and revive the elastic quality through the entire length of the spine.
Coordinate breathing and dynamic balance with an added a bit of challenge, bringing new meaning to the phrase “standing on your own two feet”.
