On Sunday, May 5th, Cinco de Mayo, Amigos Locale will host live music and Dinner, featuring our award winning Taos High School Culinary Arts Team, with chef Adam Medina! They took first place at the New Mexico ProStart Invitational culinary and restaurant management competition! The students wowed judges with its three-course meal of shrimp tempura, rack of lamb and blueberry pound cake – cooked without the use of electric equipment or running water.
