Taos Community of Love (Formerly Unity of Taos)

Adrienne Braswell will explore the origin and idea of what we often refer to as angels. Call them what we will – spirit guides, ancestors, deities taking the form of humans, animals, trees or no perceptible forms at all, yet at times, palpably present! There will also be personal and true-to-life stories of her own encounters with the angels – and all with a lively song to follow!
Adrienne is a singer-songwriter hailing mostly and belovedly from Taos, New Mexico. Her musical style ranges widely through the many roots of folk Americana, jazz, pop, world, classical and cabaret. She received the New Mexico Music Awards 2004 Best Blues Song “Scrawny White Girl,” from her CD, “Blue Door.” Adrienne was co-creator and performer in the country-comedy smash hit revue, The Cow Pattys! touring nationally for four years. Her newest CD is “Great Big Yellow Sunflower.”
