Community Health, Wellness, and Fitness Classes

Presented by Town of Taos Events and Age Up Well Taos.
Adults age 60 and over are invited to enjoy free Community Health, Wellness, and Fitness Classes at Don Fernando Hall, 120 Civic Plaza Drive. Classes will be held on Wednesday, June 24, Wednesday, July 22, and Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
The 1-Hour Total Body Wellness Class begins at 10:00 AM, followed by a 45-Minute ADA-Compliant Chair Class at 11:30 AM. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle if available.
