Join us for an artist talk with Michael Krondl, the January 2026 Artist-in-Residence with The Paseo Project at Hotel Willa. A Czech-born, New York–based installation artist, Krondl is internationally recognized for large-scale photographic installations and immersive drawings that explore humanity’s relationship with climate, landscape, and environmental change. During his residency in Taos, he is developing a new body of large-scale drawings inspired by regional ecology and the human impact on fragile environments. This informal conversation will reflect on his current work in Taos and his three-decade career in international public art and site-responsive practice. The event will take place on January 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM at The Gallery @ Hotel Willa, 233 Paseo del Pueblo Sur in Taos, New Mexico, and is free and open to the public.
