Join us for an evening of movement, learning and ceremony at Yoga Sala. Seasonal Harmony Series: Summer is a workshop that encourages balance in the most ‘Yang’ time of the year.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine’s understanding of Qi and Ayurveda’s in Prana… the Summer workshop honors the Fire element and its correspondences: the expansive energy of desert Summer, a time associated with the heart and small intestine, Yang at its peak, and the passionate color red.
This workshop will end on a blissful note; a sweet cacao ceremony led into a sound bath. Overall a powerful way to ritualize with the Full Buck moon!
