A 5Rhythms® lightly guided class offered by Kevin Clayton mentored by Alessandro Moruzzi, Vehllia Tranne, and Karen Chapman.
Emerging waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training. In this 5Rhythms class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

DATES and TIMES: Sunday June 28th 10:00am-Noon, Thursday July 16th, 6:00-7:30 pm. Gate will close 15 minutes after class start time. Music will be on and doors open 10 minutes prior to class start time.
PRICE: $20. No one turned away for paying what they can.
