The Gallery @ Hotel Willa will host an Artist Roundtable in conjunction with The Drawing Show, bringing exhibiting artists together for a public conversation on the role of drawing in contemporary art. Moderated by guest curator Ann Landi, the discussion centers on a guiding question: Why continue to draw in an age of so many other mediums — and why is drawing still relevant today? Artists will reflect on drawing as method, discipline, inquiry, and material practice within their work.
Participants include Jane Ellen Burke, Michelle Cooke, Dora Dillistone, Melissa Kennelly, and Susan Pasquarelli, with Ann Landi moderating.
