Bio:
Adam Fallen is a holistic movement teacher, vibrational scientist, and CHEK Practitioner with over 15 years of experience touring internationally as a guitarist for some of the world’s largest musical acts. His journey from the high-energy world of music to holistic health led him to develop wellness programs for musicians and individuals seeking physical and energetic harmony. Deeply influenced by Biogeometry and vibrational science, Adam’s work integrates ancient wisdom with modern techniques to optimize the body, mind, and environment. In his classes, he blends qigong, functional bodyweight training, and core conditioning to strengthen the body, heal the spine, and align participants with a higher energetic state.
