This class will open you to the vast depth of loving and healing awareness within combining elevated vibration of crystal bowls and holding gentle poses to deepen into energy centers through breath.

Lindsay has been practicing yoga, mindfulness & mediation for over 20 yrs & teaches Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow & Mixed flow classes. She immersed herself in training in the rain forests of Costa Rica in ‘18, all for collective harmony, peace & loving awareness.
