Yoga Flow – Sunday 9:00-10:10 am
This class utilizes yoga poses to practice mindfulness and gain somatic awareness skills. Through invitation and inquiry students learn how to orient, ground, and center as they navigate their way through the sequence. This class focuses on exploring extension, flexion, and rotation in every pose presented. The student is encouraged to pay attention to the breath, the limits of the body, and the balance of effort and ease
