In a world that demands we do more and move faster, Yin Yoga will help you slow down and drop back into your true essence. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. It is a slow, passive style of yoga with seated or lying postures, using props whenever needed. In this class, we usually hold an asana (pose) for three to seven minutes.
