LOCATION: MOUNTAIN CLOUD ZEN CENTER, 7241 OLD SANTA FE TRAIL, SANTA FE, NM.
All are welcome to attend morning meditation and community tea on Sunday mornings at Mountain Cloud Zen Center.
For morning meditation, please arrive a few minutes before either meditation period to join. The first silent meditation period begins at 8:30am, and the second at 9:00am. Sitting together in meditation is a powerful way to support our personal practice, as it can strengthen our resolve for being here now and hone our focus as we experience the energy of our fellow practitioners.
Following meditation, attendees gather in the Mountain Cloud dining room to enjoy tea and conversation. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with each other and strengthen community.
Meditators of all experiences are also welcome to stay for the Intro to Zen meditation class at 10:00 am following Community Tea.
