5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Price: Free
Taos, NM (See description for specific location.)

LOCATION: Ksitigarbha Tibetan Buddhist Center, 525 B Salazar Road in Taos (just north of Sipapu Street).
Teigan Young will lead a Lujong, a Tibetan healing yoga practice, followed by meditation.
Lujong is a 5,000 year old Tibetan tradition done in order to expand our love, compassion, joy, and healing. It only takes roughly 15 minutes to do and has immense benefits to our mind-body connection. Suitable for all ages and body types.
We will end each session with a meditation and/or discussion. Donations to the center are welcomed for letting us use their space, but not required.
