Joseph Mora, CWP, is a regular contributor to Edible Santa Fe, Albuquerque, & Taos via his blogpage Dionysian Writes. In 2008 he became a Certified Wine Professional through the Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies at the Culinary Institute of America - Greystone, where he was awarded a Robert Parker Scholarship.
